Building a website for a metrology equipment company to display and sell its measurement instruments to industrial buyers.

The challenge
Tespa Pvt Ltd's metrology instruments had no proper online presence, so prospective buyers had no way to browse the product range or understand what the company offered before reaching out.
The solution
A website with a structured product catalogue for measurement instruments, detailed product pages, and a clear enquiry path for industrial buyers.
The result
Tespa Pvt Ltd now has a professional online catalogue that presents its metrology products clearly to industrial buyers and turns interest into direct enquiries.

The challenge

Tespa Pvt Ltd manufactures and supplies metrology equipment — precision measurement instruments sold mainly to industrial and manufacturing buyers. Without a website, the only way for a prospective buyer to learn what Tespa offered was a direct conversation, with no way to browse the range or share a link beforehand.

For a technical, considered purchase like measurement instruments, buyers expect to research specifications and options online before they ever pick up the phone.

What we built

We focused on making the product range easy to browse and easy to act on.

  • A structured product catalogue. Metrology instruments are organised by category, so buyers can find the type of equipment they need quickly.
  • Detailed product pages. Each product page presents specifications and imagery clearly, giving technical buyers the information they need to shortlist equipment.
  • A direct enquiry path. Every product links straight to an enquiry flow, so interest turns into a conversation instead of a dead end.

Why it matters for a technical buyer

Industrial buyers rarely make a snap decision on measurement equipment — specifications, tolerances, and compatibility with existing processes all have to check out before a purchase gets approved internally, often by someone other than the person who first found the website. A structured catalogue that can be browsed, shortlisted, and shared internally as a link does far more selling than a single conversation ever could, because it lets the buyer make their case to their own team without waiting on Tespa to re-explain the range each time.

The outcome

Tespa Pvt Ltd now has a website that does the work of a product catalogue and a first point of contact combined — buyers can browse the range on their own time and reach out when they're ready, instead of the company depending entirely on word of mouth and direct outreach. It's also becoming the default link the sales team shares with new leads instead of a PDF catalogue.
