An organic store platform for Harimidhu Organic

Building an e-commerce platform for a premium organic products brand, with a full storefront, admin panel, and store management system.

The challenge
Harimidhu Organic's premium products needed an online store that could convey trust and quality — without the team needing to manage stock, pricing, and orders by hand.
The solution
An e-commerce storefront paired with an admin panel and store management system, so the team can run the shop day-to-day without touching code.
The result
Harimidhu Organic now has a credible, self-serve online store with staff able to manage products, stock, and orders directly, without depending on a developer for routine changes.

The challenge

Harimidhu Organic sells premium organic products, where trust in quality and sourcing matters as much as the product itself. The brand needed a storefront that looked and felt as considered as what it sells — but without creating a system only a developer could keep running.

What we built

We built the storefront and the back office as one connected system from day one, rather than bolting on management tools later.

  • A premium storefront. A catalogue built to showcase organic products clearly, with categories, product detail pages, and a clean checkout flow.
  • Data that stays in sync. Products, orders, and stock are stored centrally, so the storefront always reflects what's actually available.
  • A store management system. Staff can add products, update stock and pricing, and review orders through an admin panel — no code changes needed for everyday running of the shop.

Why it matters for an organic brand

Organic and premium-food buyers do more research than most online shoppers — they read ingredient lists, check sourcing claims, and compare a few brands before they commit. A storefront that loads slowly, shows outdated stock, or looks generic works against that trust before a single word of copy is read. Treating the storefront and the back office as one system, rather than a website bolted onto a separate inventory sheet, meant the site's stock and pricing were never out of date with what was actually on the shelf — which matters more for a food brand than almost any other category.

The outcome

Harimidhu Organic now has an online store that matches the quality of its products, with a management system that puts day-to-day control in the team's own hands instead of a developer's queue. Staff can launch a new product line or adjust stock the same day, without waiting on a change request.
